INFORMATION ABOUT PERSONAL DATA

 

The rights of natural persons whose Personal Data are processed pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK are as follows;

  • Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
  • If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

The above-mentioned rights can be exercised by applying to our practice with a petition.

Your personal data, by lawOur practice, the Ministry of Health, its sub-units and family medicine centers, private insurance companies (health, pension and life insurance and etc.), Social Security Institution, General Directorate of Security and other law enforcement agencies, General Directorate of Population, Pharmacists Association of Turkey, prosecutor's office and courts, laboratories in the country or abroad with which we cooperate for medical diagnosis, medical centers and third parties providing health services. , the health institution to which the patient was referred or the patient himself applied, your representatives duly authorized by you, third parties from whom we receive consultancy,Regulatory and supervisory institutions and official authorities, our suppliers, with whom we benefit from or cooperate with, and our support service providers, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

 

Personal data processing activities are carried out by our Clinic by using security cameras and recording images at guest entrances and exits. In this context, our practice acts in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and security legislation.

 

Only authorized employees and/or supplier company employees have access to the records recorded and maintained in the digital environment . Camera records are kept for 2 months.

 

In this workplace, camera recording is taken in open areas.
